New Vector Screen

Little bit of an update, to introduce a component I've been dreaming of since last update: the Vector Screen.

It can be used to display vector graphics with lines you can specify the position, width and color.

For version 1.1.3 we have:
> Added the Vector Screen;
> Fixed a bug with the duplicate functionality.

And known issues:
> Dependency errors manager is not working properly in some cases.

I have not touched in the dependency manager's code in forever, so this bug has been lingering in the background probably since the beginning. Sometimes when it detects a problem with a missing chip it keeps alerting the problem even after you already fixed it, and I have no idea why... Closing Micro solves this alerting bug.
